Return Policy

Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, without damage.

  • Items that do not meet these conditions are unfortunately not eligible for return.

  • Discounted (sale) items are excluded from returns and exchanges.

Note on Sale Items:
Products purchased during special promotions, seasonal sales, or clearance events are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are heavily discounted and offered as part of limited stock clearance — we appreciate your understanding.

How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number, the item name, and your reason for return.

Return Shipping Costs:
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

Refund Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Amount:
The refund amount includes only the price of the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Missing Refunds:

Exchange Policy

Exchange Period:
You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for exchange.

  • Sale items are excluded from exchanges.

  2. Exchanges are subject to availability at the time of your request.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for both the return shipping cost and the new shipment cost of the exchanged item, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

How to Cancel an Order:

After Shipping:
If your order has already been dispatched, you can still cancel by following our return policy outlined above.
